CrossBlast

When CrossBlast was first conceived, stolennotebook looked like this:
In creating the original CrossBlast, we got so far as to take photos of everyone with various expressions to paste on the player controlled puck, and commission our then scripting language creator Matt Hammer to compose a song. However, due to various circumstances which I can’t remember, this version of the game would never come to existance. These photos and the mp3 drifted around hard drive to hard drive waiting patiently for their time to come. These elements have not been altered at all from their original state.
Though they are no longer with us, memories of Matt Hammer and Nate Griswold are very much cherished here at stolennotebook. This is our tribute to their proud legacy. Mick Beaver, you are next.
CrossBlast features advanced proceedural animation, a camera system driven by other objects in the scene, the latest in ambient lighting technologies, a menu system, point scorring, game winning and many other elements which we hadn’t thought could make it into the release when we drew up our whiteboard plan some 28 hours ago.
So choose a side, crank up Cross-Blast-Face-Off.mp3 in your favorite mp3 player and brace yourself for the struggle of a lifetime.
